Dixie Safe & Lock Service, Inc. is a service company dedicated to providing professional, prompt and high quality safe and lock service to our customers in the Greater Houston area as well as offering the convenience of a retail environment when needed. We strive to offer safe, reliable, conscientious solutions to our customer's security issues therefore developing a beneficial relationship between us. Through this relationship, our customer's security needs are met and our company's economic goals are achieved.
Dixie Safe and Lock Company History
With the desire to become a service provider for locks and safes, Dixie Safe and Lock was established in 1974 by Harry L. Rushing. With a greater vision emerging, Dixie Safe and Lock became incorporated in 1982. Building on that goal, Dixie began offering electronic security and alarm systems, repair services, installations and monitoring as Dixie Electronic Controls in 1987. Anticipating the changes in commercial and residential security over the last 35 years, Dixie Safe and Lock has continued to be the leader in property security and safety throughout the Houston area and all of Southeast Texas.
Dixie Safe & Lock, Inc. is affiliated with American Locksmiths of America (ALOA) and the Texas Locksmith Association (TLA). Dixie Safe & Lock Service, Inc. dba Dixie Electronic Controls is licensed by the State of Texas as a security provider under license number B02418 since 1989.
